We are incorporated since year 1993 with the beginning of Loheu Air-Conditioning & inly Engrg Pte Ltd,

mainly in construction industry and was diversified into the marine industry during year 2002.

A new company was formed as Seawolf Air Conditioning to service the marine sector.

SEAWOLF Pte Ltd. was established in year 2009 and has subsequently been involved in wide range of
large and small off-shore oil and gas HVAC projects. From the beginning, the company has been

run as a long-term business as we ensure our products and work standards are delivered at its finest.

The company is currently located in
5 Soon Lee Street, #03-01, #03-41 & 03-42, Pioneer Point, Singapore 627607
and is primarily active across Asia, and secondary continents based on our clients requirements.
In general, our workload tends to be equally divided between on-shore and off-shore sectors.

Since year 2012, we have further our operations Into countries like China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines. The company is independently owned by a Singaporean who is personally involved in its
